AgentHead LLC, doing business as AgentHead Logic ("AgentHead Logic," "we," "us," or "our"), provides software and AI systems consulting services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through agentheadlogic.com (the "Site"), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
We collect very little information directly through the Site:
- Information you send us. If you contact us through a link or form on the Site, we receive whatever information you choose to include in that message (such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message).
- Usage data. We use a web analytics service to understand how visitors use the Site. This service collects aggregated, non-identifying information such as pages visited, referring site, approximate location (country/region), and device/browser type. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
- Third-party services. Some features of the Site, such as scheduling a call, are provided by the service providers listed under Service Providers below. When you use one of these features, the provider receives the information you enter there, and its own privacy policy also applies.
We do not use the Site to collect payment information, account credentials, or other sensitive personal data.
Cookies
The Site does not set cookies for advertising or tracking purposes. Our analytics provider is cookie-free by design. Third-party services embedded in the Site, such as our scheduling provider, may set their own cookies under their own consent controls and privacy policies.

How We Share Information
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers who host and operate the Site on our behalf (listed under Service Providers below), under obligations to protect it, or for legal or safety reasons, if required by law or necessary to protect our rights, users, or the public.

Do Not Track
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for responding to it, the Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals. We do not allow third parties to collect information about your activity across other websites through the Site; the service providers above may collect information as described in their own privacy policies when you use their features.
Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to address your inquiry and for our business records.
Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your Choices

Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

The Site may link to third-party websites (for example, LinkedIn or GitHub). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to review their policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected on this page. Before a material change takes effect, such as using a new category of service provider or using information for a new purpose, we will post a notice on the Site.
